These Terms govern your use of Asabya League ("the service"), software for organizing and sharing competitions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the service
You must be an adult (or have the authority to act for your organization) to create an account. The service is intended for organizers such as schools, clubs, and federations and the staff who run their competitions.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You may sign in using a magic link sent to your email, or with a supported third-party sign-in such as Google.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break any applicable law or regulation.
- Enter content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
- Enter sensitive personal information about minors. Competitions are designed to be run using team or club names, not children’s personal details.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the competition information you enter ("your content").
- You grant us the permission needed to host, process, and display your content in order to provide the service — including displaying the competition pages you choose to publish.
- You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.
5. Public competition pages
You control whether a competition is published. When published, its page is viewable by anyone with the link. You can unpublish it at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that what you publish is appropriate and does not include sensitive personal information.
6. Service availability and changes
- The service is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We may add, change, or remove features over time. The service is offered free during launch.
7. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
8. Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
